1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms:

This mobile application WJ Studio App (hereinafter referred to as “App”) is developed and operated by WebJoker.org.

The App provides users with the ability to create, view, download, and share digital status, quotes, greetings, personalized posters, and video statuses with names/photos. This includes:

• Festival Posters & Videos
• Birthday & Anniversary Posters/Videos
• Memorial / Sardanjali Posters
• Custom Posters
• Daily quotes, darshan & god related media
• Other creative digital designs

Before downloading, installing, accessing, or using this App, please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By using the App, you acknowledge that you fully accept and agree to all these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please:

• Do not download the App
• Do not use the App
• Uninstall the App immediately

These Terms apply to all types of users, including:

• Registered Users
• Guest Users
• Pro / Paid Users

By using the App, you agree that:

• You will use the App only for legal and legitimate purposes
• You will not violate applicable laws in India, including the IT Act
• You will comply with all App-related policies (Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, etc.)

The App is provided on an “As-Is” basis, meaning services may be updated, modified, or temporarily suspended at any time.

WebJoker.org reserves the right to:

• Modify these Terms & Conditions at any time
• Change App features or functionalities
• Restrict or terminate any user’s access without prior notice

Continuing to use the App after any changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

2. User Eligibility

By using WJ Studio App (hereinafter referred to as “App”), you confirm and agree that you meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum Age: You are at least 13 years old. If local law requires a higher age (for example 18+), you must comply with that law.
• Accurate Information: You will provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering or using the App.
• Compliance: You will not use the App if you are prohibited by applicable laws from doing so in your country.
• Parental Consent: If you are a minor according to local law, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
• Single Account: Each user account must belong to a single individual. Sharing accounts with other users is not allowed unless explicitly permitted by the App.

By continuing to access or use the App, you confirm that you satisfy these eligibility requirements and that your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Rules

The WJ Studio App provides both free and paid account options. By using the App, you agree to the following rules:

• Free Account: No login is required. Your data is stored only locally on your device. We do not collect or store any personal information on our servers.
• Paid / Pro Account: Google login is required. Only basic Google account information (name, email) is used to create your account and manage your subscription.
• Poster/Video Details: To create personalized content, the App may ask you to provide additional information such as your name, mobile number, profession, or other optional details. This information is stored securely and is used only for content generation and account management. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• Data Privacy: We do not request OTPs, bank account information, passwords, or any sensitive personal data. All data collected is strictly for poster creation or account management.
• Prohibited Use: Accounts used for illegal activities, spam, abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions may be suspended or permanently banned at the discretion of the App.

By using the App, you agree to these account rules and understand that misuse of the account may lead to temporary or permanent suspension.

4. User Content Policy

By using WJ Studio App, users may upload or provide content including photos, names, and text to create personalized or customized posters/videos. You agree to the following:

• Responsible Content: You are solely responsible for any content you provide. The content must not be illegal, obscene, abusive, defamatory, offensive, or misleading.
• Copyright Compliance: All content must respect copyright laws. Uploading copyrighted material without proper authorization is strictly prohibited.
• Admin Rights: The App administrators have the right to review, edit, delete, or block any user content that violates these policies.
• Free Account: Users manage and provide all details themselves locally on their device. We do not store or collect this data on our servers.
• Paid / Pro Account: Users provide necessary information (name, photo, text, profession, or other optional details) via online submission to generate personalized content. This information is stored securely and used only for creation and account management. Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information provided.

By using the App, you agree not to upload content that violates these rules and understand that non-compliant content may be removed or blocked without notice.

5. App Usage Restrictions

While using WJ Studio App, users agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:

• App Misuse: Using the app in any way that disrupts its normal operation or harms other users.
• Hacking / Reverse Engineering: Attempting to hack, decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the app, its code, or servers.
• Fake Accounts: Creating fake, fraudulent, or unauthorized accounts.
• Automated Tools / Bots: Using scripts, bots, automation tools, or any third-party software to access, scrape, or interact with the app.

Violation of these restrictions may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account, or access to app features being blocked without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

While using WJ Studio App, users acknowledge and agree to the following intellectual property and usage terms:

• Ownership: All app design, UI, logo, templates, posters, video elements, images, text styles, AI-generated content, and other digital assets used in the app are owned by the developer and are powered by WebJoker.org.
• Licensed Resources: Some images, AI tools, fonts, software, or online resources used in the app are legally purchased or licensed from third-party providers. Users do not receive any ownership or copyright rights to such resources.
• Business Promotion Allowed: Users may create, download, and use posters/videos to promote their own personal brand, shop, or business on social media platforms.
• Reselling Prohibited: Commercial resale, redistribution, or packaging of our templates/designs to sell to third parties is strictly prohibited.
• User Responsibility: Any poster, image, video, or content generated through the app and used beyond personal purposes is done entirely at the user’s own risk.
• No Liability: The app and its developer shall not be responsible for any loss, legal notice, copyright claim, account suspension, payment demand, compensation request, or third-party dispute arising from user actions.
• Copyright Claims: If any content generated through the app causes copyright issues on any platform or account, the user alone shall be fully responsible.
• No Compensation: The app or developer will not pay, reimburse, or settle any amount related to copyright violations, legal claims, or losses under any circumstances.

7. Ads & Monetization

While using WJ Studio App, users agree to the following terms related to advertisements and paid services:

• Free Plan: The Free Plan of the app is 100% free. Users are not required to pay any amount to use the Free Plan. Advertisements may be displayed while using free features.
• Advertisements: The app may display advertisements, including Google AdMob and other third-party advertising networks.
• Ads Visibility: Advertisements may appear for both free and paid users. The number and type of ads may vary depending on the selected plan.
• Paid Membership: Paid plans (Pro & VIP) are optional and provide additional premium features. Charges are applicable only if the user voluntarily chooses to subscribe.
• Subscription & Auto-Renewal (Important): Paid plans are offered as monthly auto-renewing subscriptions. Your Google Play Account will be charged at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew every month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your Google Play Store Account Settings. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
• Refund Policy: Payments made for paid plans are strictly non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period, but no prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining days.
• Manual Frame Setup (Pro/VIP): After successful payment, users must submit their details via the provided WhatsApp link. Premium frames are manually designed and attached by our team, which takes approximately 24 to 48 hours (may take longer during festivals). No refunds will be issued for this setup duration.
• Frame Modification Fee: Once a Pro or VIP frame is designed and attached to your account, any future requests to change the frame design or photo will incur a one-time modification fee of ₹49 per frame.
• Third-Party Ads: Advertisements shown in the app are provided by third-party networks. The app or developer is not responsible for the content, products, or services shown in such ads.
• External Policies: Users are responsible for reviewing and understanding the privacy policies and terms of third-party advertisers.

All payments made within the WJ Studio App are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google’s payment systems, applicable government rules, and tax regulations. Any taxes, levies, or mandatory charges imposed by law are included as per Google and government policies. The app or developer does not collect any extra charges beyond what is shown at the time of payment.

8. Third-Party Services

WJ Studio App may use various third-party services, tools, and platforms to enhance app functionality, security, performance, advertisements, analytics, content generation, and premium features. These services may include, but are not limited to:

• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements within the app.
• Google Firebase: Used for analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, and basic app-related services.
• Google Play Billing / Payment Gateways: Used to process payments and manage subscriptions for paid plans.
• Cloud Services & Servers: Including cloud hosting providers, content delivery networks (CDN) such as Cloudflare, and other server or infrastructure services used for speed, reliability, and security.
• AI-Based Services & Tools: The app may use third-party AI-powered services, APIs, or online platforms for image processing, design enhancement, background removal, text generation, content optimization, or premium-quality output. These AI services may work with user-provided images, text, or other content to deliver better results.
• Other Online & Technical Services: Additional third-party APIs, analytics tools, monitoring services, or technical platforms may be used as required for operational, functional, or security purposes.

Any content (including images, text, or other materials) provided by the user and processed through third-party or AI-based services remains the responsibility of the user. The app does not guarantee accuracy, originality, or copyright clearance of AI-generated or enhanced outputs.

Each third-party service or AI platform operates under its own privacy policy, terms, and licensing conditions. WJ Studio App and its developer (WebJoker.org) do not control and are not responsible for the policies, actions, or outcomes of these services.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing, understanding, and complying with the terms, privacy policies, and usage restrictions of any third-party or AI-based service used in connection with the app.

9. Logo & Branding Policy

Every poster/video created using WJ Studio App will contain the WebJoker / App logo, which cannot be removed, hidden, or requested to be removed; any user, whether free or paid, found removing or misusing the logo may face temporary or permanent account suspension or legal action without prior notice.

10. Disclaimer

The app is provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

• No Warranty: We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available.
• Limited Liability: We are not responsible for any data loss, technical failure, server downtime, device damage, or software malfunction.
• User Responsibility: Users use the app at their own risk. Any outcome resulting from app usage is solely the user’s responsibility.
• Content & Copyright: If any copyright claim, legal notice, or account-related issue arises due to user-uploaded or used content, we are not liable to pay any compensation or legal cost.
• Third-Party Dependency: App functionality may depend on third-party services, and we are not responsible for their failures or policy changes.

11. Termination Clause

Your account may be terminated if you violate any of the app rules or Terms & Conditions.

The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in case of violations.

12. Changes in Terms

The developer reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.

13. Content Takedown & Copyright Policy (DMCA)

The App may contain images of public figures, politicians, actors, or celebrities for informational, festival, and greeting purposes. We do not claim any ownership, copyright, or official affiliation with these individuals or their respective political parties/organizations.

Right to Removal: If you are the rightful owner of an image, the celebrity in question, or an authorized legal representative, and you object to the use of your image/content in our App, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with valid proof of identity/ownership.

Upon receiving a valid request, we will promptly remove the objected image, template, or content from our App and servers within 48 to 72 hours without any legal dispute. The developer acts as an intermediary providing design templates and shall not be held liable for third-party copyright claims once the requested content is removed.

Before using the app, please make sure to read and understand the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Only the English version is legally binding. Hindi translation is provided for user convenience; any errors or typos in Hindi do not affect the legal validity.
