• Mobile Number: Required only for paid accounts to manage subscription and notifications.
• Email: Required only for paid accounts to send receipts, updates, and support communications.
• Device Information: To optimize app performance and troubleshoot issues.
• IP Address: Used for security purposes and fraud prevention.
• App Usage Data: Collected to improve features, monitor errors, and enhance user experience.

Payment Information: For premium subscriptions, we use secure third-party payment processors (Google Play Billing and RevenueCat). We do not collect or store your full credit card or UPI details on our servers. Your subscription auto-renews monthly and can be managed or canceled anytime via your Google Play Account settings.

Purpose of Data Collection

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide. Any content created or uploaded by the user is their responsibility.

Storage

Free account data is stored locally on your device. Paid account data may be stored on our secure servers. We do not request sensitive data such as bank account details or OTPs unrelated to app functionality.

• Profile Creation: To create and manage user profiles for paid or personalized services.
• Personalized Status Generation: To generate custom posters, videos, quotes, or greetings based on user input.
• OTP Verification: To securely verify users for paid account access.
• Google Sign-In: To allow users to log in quickly and securely using their Google account. We may collect basic profile information such as name, email address, and profile picture as provided by Google for authentication and account management purposes.
• Advertisement Display: To show relevant ads using platforms like Google AdMob and other third-party ad networks.
• App Improvement: To monitor app usage, fix errors, optimize performance, and enhance user experience.

3️⃣ Photos & Media Access

• User Permission Required: The app requests access to your photos, media, and camera only with your explicit permission.
• Purpose of Access: Access is used solely to enable app functionality, such as creating personalized posters/videos, adding images to status, or saving your content.
• Gallery / Camera Access Reason: This access allows you to choose images from your gallery or capture photos directly, which are processed locally on your device and never uploaded without your consent.

• Advertisement Display: The app may show ads using Google AdMob and other third-party ad networks. These ads may use cookies or similar technologies to provide relevant advertisements.
• Analytics: We use analytics tools to monitor app usage, track performance, identify bugs, and improve user experience.
• Third-Party Ad Responsibility: We are not responsible for the content, products, or services shown in third-party ads. Users should review the policies of these ad providers.

• Data Safety: While we use these services for better app performance and AI-generated results, the responsibility of content generated or used commercially rests with the user.
